This place is a joke! I contacted Surya to inquire about his eviction services. Surya stated his company handled the entire eviction processs from start to finish. The communication in the beginning of the process, Surya was spot on with communicating, however, his communication stopped after I paid him. For an entire month, I followed up with Surya who failed to communicate what was going on. Needless to say, an entire month later, my tenants still have not been served with eviction papers due to Surya dropping the ball! Granted, Surya refunded my money at my request; without any explanation as to what happened.

I highly urge anyone looking for eviction assistance to stay away from Surya and his company...total scam!
