Lost my business for good after a simple request over the phone about how much my dry cleaning would cost me. No answer, instead "she doesn't give prices over the phone". I would have paid what ever she told me but the complete refusal to help or explain why coupled with a rather rude tone, has earned one star. It's a shame, Ive had great service before and it's awfully close to my house.

When I entered the cleaners about 2pm on a Tuesday. A customer came in with a mix up Just after I entered the shop. It seems that this cleaner gave her cloths that belonged to someone else. No refund and or discount or anything she was told that they would call her when they get the problem corrected. I know that dry cleaners can get pretty hectic at times so I gave them the benefit of the doubt giving them my business.

I needed two sets of pants Hemmed, Washed and Cleaned along with two shirts that needed to be cleaned and pressed. They told me that they can have everything done for me by Thursday night. I was so relieved I said cause I have an interview Friday morning. When Thursday night came up I dropped by at 5:30pm to pick up my cloths. The main clerk told me that "the pants aren't done but they would have them done first thing in the morning 6am". after a bit of confrontation I told them "ok but I am not going to pay full price for a job that wasn't done on time". "The most I would pay is $20 and as of now they wouldn't have my business in the future.
