If I could score less than 1 star I would. The office staff is dsyfunctional, inefficient, and does not take into account the pain their screw ups cause their patient. My wife has had to babysit this staff for months to get her medication. She has spoken to the office manager for resolution regarding the incompetent staff not calling our insurance company to get authorization weeks after her visit with the doctor yet the same problem persists. When she calls to find out about her latest prescription because her meds are running out the office staff is baffled about what she is talking about. When my wife tells the clueless person on the phone what should have been done she is told someone else is in charge of her case and they will need to call her back, which never happens. When my wife's med runs out and she is pain for days, magically the authorization is obtained and her meds are ready. Mind you that should have been done weeks prior. The latest incident? My wife went to the doctor the third week of September. Doctor prescribed a new medication. My wife was given a sample until the new medication comes. Now its the three weeks later the sample was running out. My wife called on Thursday where she was told the person in charge of her case will call her back. No phone on that day or on Friday. Today on Monday she calls back. The person in charge of her case is sick and she should call our insurance company to have fax over the authorization. In other words my wife need to THEIR JOB! So my wife calls the insurance company and finds out that the office has never reached to them for an authorization. This is not the first time something like this has happened with this inefficient staff. This staff has no empathy for their patients pain they endure everyday. The dysfunctional staff instead has excuse after excuse on why they have not done their job and in some cases have been caught in lies. We are in the process of looking for another doctor. If you are considering this office I warn you to stay clear. The doctor is fine, but the staff is only good at covering up their laziness with placing phone calls on hold when they get caught in a lie or saying some one will call you back today and no one ever does.
